HEHHS - part II

wells. got back from training.
kinda lethargic now.
due to the PT from evelyn`s training.
mannn. it used to be phreaking easy for us
when we were in sec1 cann.
kinda disappointed in myself.
stamina sucks badly already.
must buck up during warmups from now on!!

at first, we had to jog 15mins around the school.
we ended up jogging 4 rounds.
at a steady and relaxed pace,
was okayy for me. yupps.
after that, evelyn took us for a while.

made us do sprinting up the second level and first level. four times a set!! we had to do 2 sets of it!! was partnering jacinda. piangs, her leg got "prob" as in, cramp i think. hehhs, so i ended up partner-less. during the second set, i partnered malita. hehe. she shi tou ren [rocks mann!!]!!!! like totally can! she was so encouraging. love her. encouraged me to go on when i had this strong urge to give up. yupps. my source of motivation. she waited for me too!! smiles- hahahahahaha. oh mann. im so touchy here.

later on, we had a quick rest and did STEPS!! 6sets of it!!! and three levels high! oh what the!! so it was like, 36flights of stairs WITHOUT BREAK. hehhs. wanted to stop and say i had some muscle pull, but NAHH. didnt in the end. was thinking that the rest had to suffer the same way as i did, so i pia-ed!! the rest were so encouraging too! kept shouting encouragements to me. really appreciate them. yupps.

ms mary came later on, with this new coach, seventeen yrs old!! hahaha. so young cann. uhh, if im not wrong, she`s called danica toh. yeahh?? hope so. we had 2 quarters of a game with the juniors. the game was kinda screwed up. we didnt know whether to follow ms mary`s or mrs neo`s style. in the end, we mixed both strategies up. a bad choice though. hehhs. my GA was fast too. couldnt catch up with her. weishan!! piangs. was kinda disappointed in myself again. blahhhs. then second quarter, played GK. and JASMINE played GD. hahahhs. damn funny. learnt some moves from her too. yeah! gonna try it next training! see if it works.

yupps, missed 12 trains altogether with partner. hahhs. talked for an hour again. found out that she really really adores, loves, and has the passion for shooting. can understand that point. support her. yeahhs. we walked out with shiwen. the rest were tempted by the CABbing service and pangsehed us. lols. jacina is sweet too! wrote a testim back for me! hehheeess!! nice of her.
